Mental Health Matters
A stronger community builds brighter homes
A Note from Dan
Running a small business means you're often out on your own — early starts, long days, and a lot of time in your own head. I've seen first-hand how much mental health can affect people, whether that's customers going through a tough time at home, or tradespeople grinding away without ever talking about how they're really doing.
I'm not a counsellor or an expert — I'm just a window man from South Yorkshire. But I do believe that checking in on people, being kind, and pointing someone in the right direction can make a real difference. That's why I wanted to include this page on my site.
If you're struggling, please reach out to one of the organisations below. You don't have to be in crisis to ask for help — and you're never as alone as it might feel.
